The Mirror was delivered on time by a friendly courier. We purchased this with a 20% off code that expired at midnight on the website. It was then replaced by a 24% discount the next morning which left a bit of a sour taste. The mirror itself is stunning and well made however there are a number of small black dots on the glass, I’m assuming from the manufacturer process which again was a bit disappointing.
Overall I think this company mean well but not a flawless purchase due to the issues above.
This is the 3rd Mirror I have had this year from William Wood I would like to share firstly the ordering and delivery has been easy and on time, but the products are so well made and sturdy. The on line pictures do not do it justice as the quality is so high and clean. I am so happy with my product it looks classy and definatly worth the cost. William wood is also very generous with their offers which are regular definatly a company I have recommeded to others.
