International Delivery Information

Delivering your William Wood products to you in perfect condition is our number one priority. Here’s everything you need to know about our international delivery & returns process.

 

International Delivery

    Ensuring that your item(s) arrives with you in a safe manner is our number one priority. We offer international shipping through our chosen Bespoke International Delivery Partner, ensuring to the best of our capabilities your item(s) arrive with you safe. Delivery to Europe is available on a 7-21 business days* lead time. * We will adhere to UK National Bank Holidays when calculating the full term of your 7-21 business days delivery lead time.

    Free International Returns

    International Returns are 100% Free. Should you not be satisfied with your item(s), simply contact our Customer Support Team via international@williamwoodmirrors.co.uk or head to your Customer Portal and select 'Request a return'. Our Customer Support Team will review this request in the fastest possible manner and once accepted, produce a collection request for your returning item(s). Our Bespoke International Delivery Partner will contact you to arrange collection of your item(s). Once your item(s) have been collected, we will then refund the returning item(s) within 3-5 business days of collection from your address. 

    It is essential all returning item(s) that are to be returned are fully boxed and repackaged. Collection of your item(s) may be refused by your local courier if you do not safely and securely repackage your returning item(s).

     

    Free International Exchange

    Should you receive your item(s) and decide they are not to your liking, you are entitled to one complimentary Free Exchange.
    William Wood will arrange collection of your returning item(s) and delivery of your newly chosen item(s) at no additional cost to you.
    You will always be entitled to a Free Exchange when there are faults with received item(s).

     

    Duties & Taxes

    To ensure a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience, any applicable Duties & Taxes will be collected at the point of sale. William Wood will then handle the processing of the Duties & Taxes on behalf of the customer.  You will not be contacted post purchase for any further payments. As a customer of William Wood, you'll enjoy the same hassle-free shopping experience that our UK customers have enjoyed for over a decade.

    Packaging & Handling 

    Rest assured, all William Wood products are meticulously packaged by our skilled team to ensure they arrive at your doorstep in perfect condition. We utilise best-in-class, environmentally friendly packaging materials and protective layers to safeguard your item(s) during the delivery process.

    Tracking Your Order 

    You will be contacted via email two days before delivery to advise and book a delivery time slot for your order.

    • Should your advised delivery time slot provided by the courier not be suitable, there will be a link to re-book a more suitable date (there will also be an option to choose delivery to a neighbour or local collection point).
    • An additional confirmation follow up email will be sent to you on the delivery day of your order two hours prior to your booked delivery time slot.
    •  You will also receive a complimentary call from the courier when they are three stops away from delivering your order.

     

    Important Information We Need From You

    In order to ensure a smooth and successful delivery of your order, please make sure the following details are accurate when placing your order.

    • Your full name
    • Your full shipping address
    • Your up to date contact number (mobile preferred) and email address
    • Any delivery instructions that will assist the courier in making a successful delivery to you e.g directions to your property, relevant local area information, whether you are situated within a flat property (ground floor, top floor etc)

     

    Upon Receiving Your Order

    Please open your item(s) carefully and fully inspect your item(s) and check you are satisfied in both the design and condition. Should you find that your item(s) have been received in faulty or damaged condition, please contact our Customer Support Team immediately via international@williamwoodmirrors.co.uk and an advisor will be more than happy to assist you.

    Please do not throw away or destroy any of your product packaging until you are 100% certain you are happy with your item(s). We strongly recommend carefully opening your item(s) in such a way to ensure the box can be reused if needed.

    Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive? - Delivery times vary depending on your location. Upon placing your order, you'll receive a delivery lead time at checkout after providing us with your address.

    Q: Will I be charged customs duties or taxes on my order? - As of currently, customs are automatically added onto your order total as a small fee, ensuring you'll enjoy the same hassle-free shopping experience as that our UK customers enjoy.

    Q: How are fragile items like mirrors and furniture packaged for international shipping? - We take great amount of care when packaging our products. Each piece is meticulously wrapped and cushioned with protective packaging to ensure it arrives safely at your property.
