If a customer purchases a free gift along with a pre-order item, the free gift will be delivered within the standard delivery timeframe for that region.
Should the customer later decide to cancel and refund their pre-order item before it arrives, while keeping the free gift, the full pre-discount value of the free gift will be deducted from the refund amount.
