“Hey, I’m Manni, a 39-year-old Creative Director for a wedding magazine. I live in a 2-bedroom university conversion in East London, which I’m currently documenting and revitalising to create a modern, Japandi inspired space.”
HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR INTERIOR STYLE?
“My interior style is a mixture of contemporary classic, with calming neutral tones. I’ve recently become obsessed with wabi-sabi and Japandi style, and love the use of natural elements to create a space that feels calm and serene. I’m addicted to textures, and have become a lover of limewash over the last year - I feel this look creates a really warm and welcoming environment.”
WHAT ARE YOUR INTERIOR MUST HAVES?
“The use of texture and natural materials is a must for me. I love taking full advantage of the height and width of a room with wall panelling, to give the illusion of added space and make my room appear bigger.”
