Taskers bill on an hourly basis and you will receive a final bill once the job has been complete based on the time taken.

This is the third mirror we have purchased from the company, the mirrors have been of a very good quality which is to be expected. My only concern was the lack of communication once you have purchased. I can understand why some customers have been a bit disgruntled, with this in mind I contacted Harry voicing the concerns. Within a few hours I had a email which came across in honest tone that yes they were having a few difficulties due to demands and that he was happy to take on my constructive criticism ànd that they were learning from their failings. I had updates from customer services and received the mirror when it was scheduled to be delivered.
I look forward to the delivery of our next mirror which is scheduled for 20th January but for anyone having doubts, don't! Just trust them like any business nowadays there are so many hurdles to overcome, the biggest is keeping the customer happy! Hopefully with a few tweeks they will be 100%
