Absolutely love the mirror. Packaged well and exceptional quality, so happy with the item and delivery was just within the 7-10 working days quoted. Feel bad for the poor delivery driver, he must have been driving for a very long time as he arrived at ours at 11pm (he did offer to bring it the next day but we were up so happy to collect it). Give that man a raise!
From the beginning the customer service was great with regular email updates comfirming where the order was throughout the process. Mirror arrived (even the delivery driver was lovely!) very well packaged etc! There was a little mark ok the mirror which looked to be an over spill of glue which I thought could be easily fixed so messaged through online chat to ask for advice and within seconds theh confirmed what was best to remove etc and I followed the process and the glue was removed. customer service was brilliant throughout the online chat and issues was resolved within minutes! Very happy customer with my new mirror! Thank you
